The HHS Medical Academy is proud to offer national healthcare certifications in four exciting areas!
Certified Patient Care Technician
Certified EKG Technician
Certified Pharmacy Technician
Veterinary Medical Applications Certification
These programs of study are offered to senior medical academy students in good standing. This is our 10th year to offer certifications to our students, and we currently have a pass rate on the national exams of approximately 95%! These students are eligible for employment in their certification area as soon as they graduate and/or turn 18 years old. Former students are currently employed at Decatur Morgan Hospital, Huntsville Hospital, DCH in Tuscaloosa, AL, as well as other hospitals and facilities throughout the state!
