I began teaching history at Hartselle High School in 2025.  I am originally from Decatur, Alabama, and have over 20 years of teaching experience.  Much of my career was spent teaching history and also coaching basketball in other school systems.  

Our family moved to Hartselle in 2014.  My wife Rachel is a school counselor at Hartselle High School.  Our daughters, Olivia and Bella, also attend Hartselle. 

Our family is proud to be members of this great community and school system.
