My name is Beth Stough and I am proud to serve as a School Counselor at Hartselle High School. I graduated from Austin High School in 2001 and went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Vocal Music Education from Auburn University. After teaching for several years I decided to go back to school and earn a Master's degree in School Counseling. I started my career in the fall of 2006 and served for 14 in Decatur City Schools before coming to Hartselle.
I am married to my husband, Rhett Stough, and we have two beautiful daughters, Maddie and Hannah.
It is my goal as a school counselor to use my years of experience and my compassion and enthusiasm for youth to make a positive impact on the students of Hartselle High School and the Hartselle community. I have no greater joy than giving our students the opportunity to feel heard and understood. I believe that every student can find success when they feel supported.
