My name is Melanie Calvert and I am the Visual Arts teacher at HHS.  I graduated from Hartselle in 2004 and then attended the University of North Alabama where I obtained my degree in Visual Arts Education in 2009.  Next, I completed my Master of Education degree with a focus on Visual Arts at the University of Montevallo in 2011.  I have previously taught at Hoover High School and Cullman High School.  I am glad to be back in my hometown teaching Visual Arts to the students here at Hartselle High School!
