Bio:

Although I am originally from Memphis, Tennessee, I consider myself an Alabamian since I moved to Alabama in 1986! I have a daughter, Grace, Mental Health Therapist in Tuscaloosa, and a son-in-law, Eli.  I have the most adorable grandson in the world named Lincoln! My husband, Joey, works for Cook’s Pest Control, where he is Chief Operating Officer. He also sits on the State Department of Agriculture and Industries Board. We have been married 35 years and are members of First Bible Church in Decatur.

I taught at Barkley Bridge in third grade. I have taught second grade, third grade, and fourth grade. I am happy to be teaching fourth grade English Language arts at present.
