Bio:
Although I am originally from Memphis, Tennessee, I consider myself an Alabamian since I moved here 34 years ago. I have a daughter, Grace, who is a social worker at Bryce Hospital in Tuscaloosa, and a son-in-law, Eli. My husband, Joey, works for Cook’s Pest Control, where he is the Chief Operating Officer. He also sits on the State Department of Agriculture and Industries Board. We have been married 32 years and are members of First Bible Church in Decatur.
I taught at Barkley Bridge in third grade. I have taught second grade, third grade, and fourth grade. I am happy to be teaching third-grade English Language arts at present.
