Bio:  I was born on January 17, 1972 in San Diego, California to John and Darlene Waynick.  I attended Mrs. Sharrott’s kindergarten here in Hartselle and went to Crestline Elementary for grade school.  I entered Hartselle Junior High and then attended Hartselle High School where I graduated in 1990.  The following fall, I enrolled at Auburn University where I graduated with a Bachelors in Aviation Management in the summer of 1994.  I entered the work force in April of 1995 and worked for six years at Consolidated Electrical Distributor (CED) located in Decatur.  In 1999, I began to further my degree towards becoming an elementary school teacher.  In 2001, I enrolled at the University of Alabama at Birmingham and received my masters in elementary education in the summer of 2002.  I am married to my lovely wife, Carrie, and have been since November of 1996.  We have three children; Cana Beth, Maisie, and Coy. We reside in Danville, Alabama.
