My name is Tawnya Brooks. I am a native of Alabama and an alumni of Boaz High School and Athens State University.  I joined the faculty of Hartselle City Schools in 2012. I hold a bachelor's degree in elementary education. I have taught fourth grade, and I am currently teaching third grade at CES. 

I live in Hartselle with my husband, Thomas, and our dog, Molly. Our children have graduated from college and are living on their own, but we love when they come home for visits!!! I enjoy spending time with my family, doing activities with our church, reading, painting, and cheering on the Hartselle Tigers and the Auburn Tigers.  My favorite place to be is at the beach with my family!
