I grew up in Hartselle, and I truly believe that it is one of the best school systems. During my time in Hartselle City Schools, I had wonderful teachers, participated in several clubs, and played multiple sports. The opportunities we offer students are endless. 

I graduated from Auburn University in 2017 with my teaching degree and a minor in Spanish. After college, I spent a year traveling the world and volunteering with different organizations; I spent 5 months in Asia, 2 in Africa, and 4 in South America. 

After returning to America, I started teaching in an Alabama First Class PreK classroom. I have been teaching PreK at Crestline since 2018. I am passionate about inspiring curiosity and authentic learning in young children. I am looking forward to a great year of "building brains!"

I married Bo Elliott in the summer of 2019. Our daughter, Millie, was born in July of 2022. I am also obsessed with my goldendoodle, Henry.
