My name is Tera Tapscott.  I am an Instructional Assistant for Hartselle City Schools.  I am a native of Chattanooga, Tennessee.  I graduated from the Chattanooga School for the Arts and Sciences and Maryville College with a BS in Psychology.  I have worked with Social Services in Tennessee, Georgia and Alabama.  I am married to Dewayne Tapscott.  We have four children, Skylar, Kyle, Bri, and Bricen.
