My name is Libby Ann Swann and I teach second grade and coach the Hartselle Jr. High softball team. I am from Decatur, AL and I graduated from Austin High School in 2011. I attended Wallace State and the University of North Alabama on a softball scholarship. I graduated in December 2015 with degree in Elem. Ed. I am currently working on my Master's degree in School Counseling. I began my teaching career in January 2015. From an early age I knew I wanted to be a teacher and now I could not imagine doing anything else.  

In December 2017, I married my high school sweetheart, Will, who is a Hartselle grad and pharmacist. We have a mini-golden doodle named Dibbs, who is spoiled rotten. 

I am so excited to be at Crestline and looking forward to a GREAT year in second grade! Fun fact: Mrs. Lang (our principal) was my fourth grade teacher, her very first year teaching. She was one of the main reasons I wanted to become an elementary teacher, I am so thankful to have this wonderful opportunity to work under her in this wonderful school system!
