My name is Margie Adams, and I have been teaching first grade at Crestline since 1999. Before I moved to Hartselle, I taught 4th grade for 1 year at Bessemer Academy and 5th grade for 5 years at Hewitt-Trussville Middle School. I was born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama, and graduated from the Alabama School of Fine Arts (high school) with a music (piano) major. I attended the University of Montevallo, where I earned my undergraduate and graduate degrees.
I am married to Stacy Adams, who is an Assistant District Attorney for Morgan County. We have 2 children. Mary Elizabeth is a 2019 Honor Graduate of Hartselle High School, and is a junior at Troy University. Jack is an 10th grader at Hartselle High School. He is on the HHS soccer team and in the Medical Academy. My family and I are members of Hartselle First United Methodist Church, where I teach the 1st grade Sunday School class.
