I was born in Hartselle and attended F.E. Burleson for elementary school. After graduating from Hartselle High School, I earned my degree in Early Childhood and Special Education from the University of Alabama. I began teaching in 2012 and was thrilled to return to Hartselle and join the Burleson family in 2014.

In 2019, I received my Master's in Library Science from the University of West Alabama, and in 2024, I completed my Master's in Instructional Leadership.

I taught PreK at Burleson for 8 years and now proudly serve as the librarian at FEB.

When I am not teaching, I enjoy reading, playing tennis, and spending time with my husband, family, and friends. I am actively involved in my community and passionate about helping others grow and succeed.
