I have been teaching at Hartselle High School since 1993. I have taught pre-AP Chemistry and AP Chemistry for the majority of that time. It is very rewarding to see students face the challenges of such a difficult class and become confident in their abilities.
I graduated from Good Hope High School in 1987. From there I attended Wallace State Community College and then Athens State University, where I received a B.S.ed in secondary science education. I later attended UAB and received a masters degree in chemistry education.
I am married to Michael Wade and we have three children: Jordan, Garrett, and Brody.
