Online Payments

  • Parents – HJHS is excited to announce that parents are now able to pay most school related fees online. We are offering this option for General Fee payment for early schedule pickup. If you choose this option, you must print a receipt and bring it with you to get your student’s schedule on August 4th. We will accept checks and cash in the exact amount. We will not have change available that day.

    In order to use online payment you must have your child’s student ID number. It is a 6 digit number beginning with “S” For example S123456. If you do not know this number, contact the HJHS office and we will be glad to assist you. Here are the directions:

    1.       Using a computer, login to www.MySchoolFees.com
    2.       Select REGISTER and register with MySchoolFees as a user. Select your child’s school and enter your Student ID (Example: S123456) in the “Add Student” box.
    3.       Click Select Student and click the student’s name.
    4.       Select Registration to pay general fees. Elective fees will be added and available August 15, 2015. Select the box next to “general fees” and select “add to cart”.
    5.       Select “checkout” and review selection, and select “checkout again.
    6.       Enter credit card information and click “pay fees”.
    7.       After you have paid online you will receive an immediate receipt by email. This is the printed receipt that must be presented to receive the student’s class schedule on August 4th. Please note that a 3% convenience fee is added to each transaction with a minimum fee of $1.00 to cover the charges incurred by the school.

    In addition to general fees being paid online, the HJHS Spirit t-shirt will also be available to purchase online beginning August 7th. Parents will click on the “PUBLIC” section of the website to view and order the t-shirts. Sizes and student names can be entered during the “checkout” section of the website.
