Tech 101

The first session of TECH 101 at Hartselle High School was a success. Students from Linda Roberts Business Education class held its first tutoring workshop for adults at Hartselle High School this week. Smart and kind high school students helped citizens with technology issues in the most respectful way. There were many citizens who took advantage of this unique opportunity to learn more about technology devices.

Tech 101 will be offered again May 11, 2017, from 12:00-1:30 PM at Hartselle High School. The community is welcome. Citizens can bring their device (iPhone, iPad, or laptop computer). It is free, it is fun, and you might be surprised at what the students can teach you!  We have decided to offer a Tech 101 every second Thursday of the month.

Special thanks to these students for helping: Justin Baxter, Maggie Hill, Grant Beal, Kellen Nyikos, Kyle Patterson, Brooklyn Pratt, Meridith Smith, Lola Teague, Noah Moats, and Tyler Bodine.
